Business Analyst Hot Jobs

Business Analysts are an integral part of developing IT solutions for business initiatives and challenges. The CERES Group has immediate openings in the Asset Management, Financial Services and Retail industries.

Business Analysts assess, analyze and develop IT requirements to align the needs of the business with strategic thinking that drives changes within a current process or implements a new objective. Communicating clarity and structuring metrics with a broad knowledge of the project scope and a detailed understanding of the core issues requires skill. The ability to balance technological possibilities with the cost-benefits of a project while working with technical and non-technical teams can sometimes seem to be more of an art form than science.
