Additionally, expect to spend time partnering with other analysts and developers implementing investment workflows in the IMS, including testing.
Requirements for this position include a Bachelors Degree with at least five years of experience. However, five plus years of experience with the Charles River IMS is another must. Financial domain knowledge in trade/order management as well as compliance and portfolio management is preferred, especially with fixed income and derivatives. Experience crafting SQL queries and stored procedures is also essential.
Charles River Developer (CRD)
Exceptional senior developers experienced with the CRIMS platform are also in demand. Other requirements include being a champion of modern programming methodologies, such as Agile, DevOps, and continuous integration. The ability to mentor other developers and foster teamwork with analysts and business stakeholders is another must.
Candidates must boast an advanced degree in computer science, math, or financial engineering. Experience with AWS functionality, including lambda, EC1, and EC2 is also required, as is over 8 years of software development experience in languages like C#, Java, and Python. Linux proficiency and a focus on test-driven development are also necessary skills.
Trade Support CRD
Support personnel experienced with CRIMS or other investment platforms are also needed. Candidates need to be technically-focused with experience in ASP.NET, SQL Server, Python, and React JS. At least 9-12 years experience in L2/L3 production support is also required.
Of course, domain knowledge of banking, capital markets, and investment management is another must. Strong exposure to ITIL principles, including incident management and change requests, is also required.
