Your Role

Works with leadership team in Bank Loan Services settlements team to achieve a successful workflow during the lifecycle of a trade and beyond! Use your existing knowledge to support the Bank Loan Services operations team, Front Office, and other business stakeholders related to the operational support and enablement of the success of the bank loan products. Proactively builds and develops relationships with internal business partners and third-party providers.

You will be responsible for:
Data management oversight of reporting that support multiple teams within the team, including Trades, Restructures, Cash Management and Reconciliations

  • Security Master support and data integrity of workflows for Bank Loan Operations, maintenance of day to day changes and liaising with appropriate teams for smooth resolutions
  • Working closely with Front office and internal/external counterparts and vendors
  • S&P and Moody’s data monitoring and working with multiple teams to ensure up to date information is available to the team
  • Continuously building rapport and relationships Front Office, custodians and internal groups
  • Being a liaison with trustees and agent banks to resolve any position issues and resolve any recon breaks related to trade settlements
  • Gathering facts and trends to raise internally, focus on Controls and operational improvements
  • Developing, implementing, and advising the business on best practices, standards, procedures, and recommends strong internal controls
  • Participating in the design of solutions for new products and respective implementation along with collaboration with IT counterparts
  • Playing an active role in process automation projects and efficiency enhancements

The experience you bring:
Knowledge of Bank Loans Syndicated Trade process to support the bank loan operations and front office teams

  • 2-4 years in Bank Loans, Data or Cash Management
  • Proficient with Wall Street Office (WSO), WSO Data 
  • Adaptable to current and new technologies
  • Knowledge of workflow automation tools and ability to quickly learn processes desired

  • Formal Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, or Finance is required or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience that would provide the knowledge, skills and ability is required
  • License / Registration / Certification: CPA, CFA or MBA preferred but not required
