We are seeking an ETF SME who understands strategic relationships with Exchanges, Authorized Participants and Market Makers, alongside working with clients to achieve optimal trading outcomes. As a member of the team, you would be responsible for leveraging your understanding in the following areas;

Markets

Listing Exchanges

  • Maintain relationships with listing exchanges and a working knowledge of the National Market System
  • Advocate for progress of client’s ETF ecosystem
  • Understanding of listing process 

Authorized Participants and Market Makers

  • Maintain relationships with Market Makers and APs to facilitate a seamless trading environment
  •  

Distribution

Retail & Institutional

  • Educate clients on the trading mechanics of ETFs and safely guide them toward best execution

Broker Dealers

  • Understanding of institutional use cases for ETFs by working alongside various sales and trading teams

Business Development

Product

  • Leverage understanding of product development
  • To the extent possible advise product team on enhancements that will lead to improved liquidity and market quality
  • Further the development of transparent and semi-transparent active funds

Platform

  • Guide the build out of surveillance and analytical tools to advance and protect business
  • Remain at the forefront of new industry developments to enhance platform
  • Attend and participate in industry conferences and market structure committees

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Ffinancial services experience. ETF experience
  • Multi-asset knowledge including equities, fixed income and derivatives
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down complex problems and create effective solutions
  • Strong technical skills (Excel, Bloomberg, Reuters, etc.) required. Programming skills a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree required; CFA, MBA or advanced degree a plus
